0MATERIAL_LPRH_HIER - problem with extration test and load

I'm extracting a PRDHA hierarchy for 0MATERIAL from ECC DEV, client 010.

It works well.

When in ECC, use RSA6 to select the DataSource and make the extraction test.

When in BW, create InfoPackage under the DS associated to client 010 and it shows the

available hierarchies from OLTP (in this case only PRDHA).

The load works well.

In ECC DEV, client 020, I use tc V/76 and it displays the content of the hierarchy, it's OK.

Using RSA6 I select the DS, make a version comparison and it accuses no difference between

A and D versions.

But when I press the "DataSource Extration Test" icon it doesn't work and it doesn't show

any message (at least I don't see).

And in BW, when I try to create an InfoPackage under the DS associated to client 020 it

doesn't show any available hierarchy.

A help will be appreciated.

Please check if SAP Note 400116 - "RSM 383 when creating an Infopackage" is applicable to your system.
