Problem printing docs ME9F

Hello experts,

We are having some problems when try to print using the SAP transaction ME9F. Our team used to be in a place, but they moved, all stations can print normaly but there is one who can´t.

I´ve checked the configuration (SU3) of those ones and they are equals. He can print others documents using WINDOWS.

"Can anyone suggest anything?"

You need to coordinate with your BASIS consultant for checking the printer settings in this particular PC in SAP and also check the patch level of the user's logon pad.

Hello, ParagMahajan. Thanks for your suggestion!

Our BASIS Consultant had a look and compare a correct configuration with the one in question, it´s equal!

There is a little red cross when we try to print the respective document. I try many things looking in the forum but I could not fix it!

Any other idea?
