Dear Experts,
We have a scenario where the incoming email would be converted into service request in C4C.
In our scenario, the customer is sending an email with an inline image (copy-paste within the email body) (Type: Email Inline Image). But our users expectation is to see the Inline Image also under "Attachments" tab in tickets.
But this inline image is not showing under Attachments tab in Tickets. However, in the E-Mail activity, I could see the inline image under "Attachments" tab.
I have checked all the MIME types, but could not find the proper type. Is this standard that attachments under ticket would support only the "Standard Attachment" type and not "Email Inline Image" type (or) is there fine tuning should i need to do to achieve this?
Pleas assist.
Thanks,
Manson J
Hi Manson,
Yes, it is standard that inline images does not show under Attachments in Tickets.
