Incoming PROACT message to SAP R/3

Hi,

I have the project to work with the customer who will be sending us the PROACT message from their SNC system.

I would like to know the underyling configuration on the receipient side in order to process the PROACT message.

I tried to create the PROACT message inbound via test tool. I set up the partner profile with the process code PRAC and the message type PROACT. I did not see the posting of the entries to info structure S130 because WRPL and WRPT table entries do not exist. What needed to be done to accomplish this?

What is required is that on material-master on the Sales: General/Plant-view the "Ext.customer repl. parameters" need to be maintained for the combination of material and customer-number in your PROACT-message. Maintain this via MM02 or MM01. This will in fact result in an entry in table WRPL.

If that is not the case, the PROACT-message will apparently be processed correctly (with status 53) but no updates in in WRPT and S130 will be done.

In other words: an entry in WRPL is a prerequisite for updating S130 and WRPT via PROACT IDOC-message.
