PI to MDM data missing - Data not found on relevant inbound port in MDM

Hi,

I am trying to push data from PI 7.11 to MDM 7.1. Message is successful in moni and communication channel monitoring shows status as "Message processing completed successfully" but data is not found on the relevant inbound port on MDM.

Did anybody face this kind of issue. Please help.

Which adapter are you using? Open the audit log and you would be able to find out the steps which were complete.

Hi Prateek,

I am using MDM PI adapter. In the audit log it shows all the steps as successful.

Hi Sudheer,

The problem looks from MDM end,because Receiver Communication channel showing status success.

search in mdm forums or post thread in mdm forums,you might get usefull info

Hi Sudheer,

you should check the module configuration of the MDM receiver channel. It cannot be empty.

If a channel was activated as 'sender" and then later changed to "receiver", the module configuration can get lost.

Gabor,

The module configuration is not empty, as I said the receiver channel has successfully processed the message, how can the channel execute the message if the module configuration is empty.

This is what I could see under module tab of receiver channel -

1 localejbs/CallSapAdapter Local Enterprise Bean exit

Hi,

Have you given the correct JNDI value to the exit ke? I have faced the same problem and was solved by correcting it.

Hi Prasanna and Gabor,

Thank you for the help. The problem is solved now. JNDI is missing under the module configuration. I have done the required specified in note#1336552.

Hi Sudheer,

Which adapter are you using to send data MDM-PI adapter or File adapter??

which communication channel you have monitored,if receiver communication channel monitoring showing status successful then problem with MDM side.
