PO attachment in Email

Hi Guys,

We have configured to send Email as attachment to vendor in NACE which works fine,

I need to attach some more atttachment in the same PO email which is send to the vendor, Whether is there any way to do it.

Scenario: PO can have multiple attachment which need to be send in the in the same PO email which is sent to the vendor.

regards,

Prabhu

Please attach document in Change PO ME22N.

While you send PO, entire bundle will be sent.

Yes, PO created by SRM can be editable in ECC, but it is irrelavent..... When the PO is created the attachments from SC is transferred to the PO and these attachments need to be attached in the Email which is sent to Vendor (the configuration is done for sending the PO as attachment in the email to vendor in NACE tranaction).
