MDBT - Background MRP

Hi Experts,

I have created variant & schedule it daily in MDBT. Schedule start immediate. Then system generated PR for material.

I have maintained MRP type VB,Reorder point as 10,maximum stock level 100 and Lot size HB in material master.

Current stock was 5 then system generate PR for 95 Unit as I expected. I have test this scenario in DEV server.

Same scenario I have mapped in Quality server. But when I start sheduling immediate in MDBT, system do not generate any PR

even if stock falls below min. level

Where is prolem?

Please help.

Dear

Kindly check your master data and the setting done for MRP parameter at the time of creating variant.

and also check the planning time fance for the same

Thanks for your reply.

Can you please tell me what setting & MRP parameter has to check. Because I run same scenario in DEV server and did not found any problem. System had generate PR.

And now same setting & MRP parameter I have mapped in Quality server. But system do not generate any PR.

Please help
