ByD to CPI integration Customer Invoices

Hi,

I have configured integration of Customer Invoices from ByD to CPI using XI adapter. I have done setting for Customer account, the xml- setting and created an integration flow to CPI.

The error I get from the integration when trying to send the message is:

"Number of XML tag {http://sap.com/xi/XI/Message/30}Ack is 2; expected number is 1"

thanks for the answer.

I can only use XI 3.0, as there are no other options.

In CPI I tried both options XI and SOAP, mentioned in https://blogs.sap.com/2018/06/04/cloud-integration-configuring-scenario-using-the-xi-sender-adapter/ and https://blogs.sap.com/2018/09/21/cloud-integration-usage-of-xi-adapter-in-send-and-request-reply-ste...

but the result in both cases is:

Hi Jari,

Am I right assuming that you configured the Business-to-Business communication scenario "Output of Customer Invoices" with application protocol "SAP NetWeaver XI 3.0"? This protocol was designed to connect ByD with on-premise SAP PI (aka SAP PO) and you would need to configure an endpoint supporting this protocol on CPI side as well.

I would suggest to use the application protocol "Web Service" (plain soap). You can choose the application protocol in the technical data of the ByD communication arrangement: Enter ‘5’ for Web Service (Plain Soap) in field “Application Protocol”.

Please note: SAP NetWeaver XI 3.0 and Web Service use different access URLs. Please make sure the protocol selected fits to the access URL used.
