CVI7 Document Distribution with Recipient List

Hello all,

When I do a document distribution using CVI7 there does not seem to be an entry for the Recipient List Name in the distribution log. Does anyone know if the list name is written to a table associated with the distribution order number anywhere else in SAP.

Thanks for the answers, however I do not believe I explained the situation very well.

After I have created a recipient list and after I have performed the document distribution, I want to be able to look at the distribution log and determine what recipient list was used for the distribution. There does not seem to be an entry in either the DRZOC or DRZOI tables that identify the recipient list used for distribution.

Hi,

If you need distribution list for particular log you can view it in your SAP outbox for particular distribution order.

If you want table entries then apart from table mentioned by you need exploration.

If req take technical help.

Hi Bill,

if you look for database tables which are relevant for document distribution log data please use table DRZA (data of recipient lists), DRZOP (data of distribution order package) or DRZOC and DRZO. Other useful tables are:

DRZAO

DRZAT

DRZOF

DRZOI

Further, the user maintainence (Recipient Settings in Document Distribution) needs to be performed prior to enabling document distribution. For more detailed info, refer

Hi Bill,

First you need to create a recepient list in same menu. Goto receipient list and create then you can make distribution by selecting the name of the receipient list.
