adapt iview address personal data

Hi all,

I want to extend the first screen when an employee changes his address. At this time, only his street and number are shown. I tried using this link :

, but I don 't know how to get all fields available in the structure on my screen.

I want to add the city and postal code.

Anyone out there who can help me ?

From EHP3 in initial screen ie BIzcard overview, You can add fields by customistion

Please advise which Business package you are on?

Hi all,

thanks for the suggestions, I'll try them tomorrow. They are 'updating' our ESS installation, seems there was something wrong with the Java stack.

We're on EHP4, so I think your suggestions are very helpful !

Bjorn,

Are you trying to add the fields to the Overview step of the ESS_ Address app? Are you on Ehp3 or Ehp4? If so, you can add the fields through config on IMG. Just navigate to ESS-> Service Specific Settings-> Own Data->Customization of Personal Information Screens->Determine Fields for Business Card on Area Page.

So for eg. if you want to add the field to IT0006 for US Address iView , select Infotype - 06 , Version 10, structure - HCMT_BSP_PA_US_0006 . The list is initially blank. Now add all the fields you want to show on the overview and there you have it! The fields will appear on the Overview or BizCard of the Address application.

Hello Bjorn,

If you have followed the link mentioned correctly and Even after that field are still not coming.

Please check the VIKEN field of that employee, That you can check it out through PA0003 record of that employee,

Also you would be using the reuse of country specific scenario, So just check have you assigned the correct application in the resource file.

If it is blank then Please follow the steps explained below to update the VIEKN for the

employee and retest the scenario.

Solution:

Customize the feature IVWID

For Irlend, that is for MOLGA 11( In your case it should be the other country ) , return value as '11'.

Check and activate the feature

Run the report HTHUVIEK(in update mode) for all the employees which

will update the IT0003, VIEKN using feature 'IVWID' customization.
