Hi to everyone

Can we block Measurement document entry, Material Issue on open maintenance order & deactivate maintenance plan when

equipment is deactivated or user status ' scrap''?

Is it possible to do it without any enhancement?

You can stop the maintenance plan by setting the equipment system-status to inactive.

The goods movemements and measurements will need to be controlled via development.

Hi ,

Check if the below user exits /BADI are helpful for measrement doc , MP :-

IMRC0003 MeasDoc: Menu exit for customer-specific function

IMRC0004 Measure.doc.:Exit according to stndrd checks for new mes.doc

MPLAN_BADI_HEADER_SAVE : Customer Enhancement when saving a MP

In the above you should use FM STATUS_READ in SE37 to get user status or System status of the technical object and perform checks accordingly ..,

This is not available in the std. functionality of the system, you may have to look for any BADIs. Check in the TCODE SE18 for list BADIs.
