Getting error for SAP Crystal report in SAP B1

Hi

We have report when we use following steps

Open Shipping request then do Ctrl + p or file -> Print I get below option

I get below error

We also have published this report using Report and layout manager option under the shipping. When we run from there it gives me no error and it works fine

Please guide me why this is happening

Hi,

I'm still not getting whether this form is standard SAP Business One form or it is an add-on form?

If you are unsure, then navigate to Administration > Add-ons > Add-on manager and stop any connected add-ons and check you can able to view this form and/or the report.

it is main report but it has sub report which causing the issue

Is this standard report or add-on report?
