Standard cost estimate run for bulk material in a single run

PATH: SAP Menu -> Production – Process -> Product Cost Planning -> Material Costing -> Costing Run -> CK40N - Edit Costing Run

T Code : CK40N

Click on Create Tab Maintain the above parameters and enter and save

New window popup

Click on selection and enter the parameters for cost roll

capture1.png

Save the parameters and come back to main screen

Click on Execute (F8) and look for the number of material picked for cost roll.

Struct Explosion click on parameters and deselect back ground process and save come back and click on Execute

Costing click on parameters and deselect back ground process and save,

Click on the error log for analyzing the cause of error in cost run If the error is not relevant we can ignore the error of we need to fix the error and proceed further.

Click on Analysis and select the out put lay out Save and come back and execute

Marking of cost roll for release company code should active for that period for material master

company code must be active for the period

Marking we have an option for running the cost run on test mode. This option give the out put which can be downloaded for analysis and rerun after

After marking the price the material master is updated with future price

Deselect Test run and Background Processing

If the cost roll is fine after the analysis we can go ahead and release the cost estimate for the plant which would update the material master and price change document will be posted in back ground

Release deselect the test run and back ground options save and execute

Thank you,
