Minimum requirements to install SAP BODS 4.2 (Is a Windows No Server ok?)

I would like to know if it would be enough to have a Windows 10 or Windows 10 Pro (that is, no Server) to install and work with the following SAP packages:

• SAP BOP BI Platform 4.1
• SAP DS 4.2
• SAP DQM Cleansing Package 4.1
• SAP DQM SDK 4.2

No, you need a Windows Server, or Linux.
