Cancel workitem getting error issue

Hi Experts,

I am deleting on worklfow item, through Tcode SWO1. Set status is Cancel.

But when i am doing, it;s giving error message "Error Processing workitem".

The workitem present status was Completed. I want to set now status should be Cancel.

Please suggest me, how can solve this issue.

Hi,

You can not change the status of any workitem which is already completed.

If you want to delete the workitem then you cans use the tcode: SWWL ( Not recommneded to use in PRD)

Go to SWWL transaction and delete your work item.

Before doing so, be aware of consequences there-of.

Suresh & Kedar,

Its not advisable to delete the workitem. You can complete the workflow instance manually from SWIA tcode by performing the desired action there.
