Intercompany Postying at the time of settlement

Hello ALL,

In MTO Scenarion we have international order means order plant is assigne dto different company code and planning and manufacturing palnt are assigne dto differenet comapny code.

When I tried to do the settlement is has created a Cross Company code document. Just wondering why system has behaved like this because we have some other order with the above same scenario but system has behaved correctly.

Please advice.
