Which certification is suitable for me?

Hello Everyone,

I am new here and no prior understanding about SAP. I am a commerce graduate. I have got 16 years experience in design and development of business application in various platforms. Last 10 years I am in vb.net oracle platform, developing windows applications for shipping and logistics company in Dubai.

SAP certification courses just started here and I would like to do a one month full time certification. Which course is suitable for me ? I am looking forward to a career in SAP , but no idea which area to take (functional/developer etc)

Can you please somebody help?

Hi Sivakumar,

If you are leaning towards the functional side of SAP, I would recommend the TERP 10. This would give you a clear understanding of all the modules and terminology used with SAP.

I can't advise on the technical side.

Hi Sivakumr,

it looks like from your profile that you are till now more into in technical side. but by this time if you have developed business domain knowledge that domain knowledge may help you in pursuing functional module.

16 years of experience is a big experience, what I can say is , it will be good if you can talk to any ATC either in Dubai or in any other country like India or singapore with your profile.

Until unless you can give the detail resume, it may be difficult to suggest due to your experience.

Alternately you can mail and share them your resume and get guidance.
