Dear Gurus,

I am having the vendor id and vendor address, for some vendor the address is same and vendor id is different, now the client want the address to be displayed once in the report rather than repeated times.any help how can we achive this in Bex query designer

Hi Ashok,

I'm assuming that VENDOR ADDRESS is a navigational attribute of vendor id or regular field in your query. So, just drag the VENDOR ADDRESS on top of the VENDOR ID in the ROW so that VENDOR ADDRESS will only be shown once.

If I misunderstood your scenario, you may post a sample report layout so I can suggest another solution.

Dear Loed Despuig,

Thank you so much Sir, we are working for Bank so i cant send the screen shot, i have understood the concept,we have two vendor address one loading from ECC and the other from procurement system, The ECC vendor is coming from vendor master and the other Vendor coming from procurement. we are planning to have transitive attribute,i mean Nested Navigational Attributes else we will create one info-object for procurement vendor, add to cube, as suggested by you we will have navigation attribute for vendor id and make it as navigational attribute to the cube. but we need to activate all the transformations and DTP which will be deactivated.

Sir i need your valuable suggestions and help going forward.. any chance to share your mail or contact number or wats up number
