Hi Sap experts,
I exeuted the task idoc interface in transaction swu3 and now I having a trouble with all old idoc items in bussines workplaces inbox.
How can I roll back this step?

I think just go to WE46 Tcode and make the inactive flag as X.

Hi,
Go to PFTC and display Task group TG74500044.
Go to Extras>Agent assignment>Maintain and for each task :
1. Display attributes
2. Change the attribute to General forwarding not allowed.
I did, but still the same problem. A lot of idocs appear in all users inbox.
Changing attributes will help only going forward.
You can try to re-run agent determination using tr. SWI1_RULE to get rid of old ones.
