Hi Gurus,

Can u tell me how the actual cost values can be posted to PM order.Is there any link with KP26 (cost center &activity type) to calcaulate the actual tariff.our fiscal year 2011 is starting from 04/07/2010,so far they have not maintained the Planned values between cost center&activity tpe.Now we found this thing and maintained yesterday,from now onwards i am getting the actual tariff.What ever the docunets are posted without maintaining the KP26,they are posted with actual tariff as 0,how can i adjust this one.

Hi,

KP26 is to maintain PLAN activity rates manually (if they are not calculated in your planning process based on PLAN figures).

So if your already created PM orders don't have any "actual" cost (due to missing activity rates in KP26) the actual confirmed quantity (hours?) is valuated with plan activity rate zero and there is no CO posting.

Check T-Code COFC if the posted actual quantities have created entries there and try to post them out of COFC (I guess the confirmations can be seen there with the message "no activity rate maintained for "cost center XXX / activity type YYY" for fiscal year 2011").

This can be done by marking the entries and tick "save". Try this first for only ONE data record to see if it happens that way.
