Idoc error: Error in XI interface; rollback performed

Hi,

I am getting this error "Partner number 1000 for customer 0000000100 , partner function WE does not exsist" for inbound idocs.

please tell me what settings i am missing.

Hi,

have you maintained the partner profile as inbound for that customer in WE20? /

have you checked the mapping conditions? /

have you checked segment E1EDKA1 - PARVW ? /

check whether any value exists in the above segment with partner function WE, if not is it possible to fill WE value manually and process the Idoc manually and see what error you will get?

Dear Radhika,

Please check transaction VOE4 (table EDPAR) and VOE2 (table EDSDC).

It looks that the table entries in VOE4 are correct, but in VOE2 you have to fill sold-to party with the correct VKORG, VTWEG and SPART. Otherwise debug your IDoc by setting a breakpoint in function module IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS and then reprocess your failed IDoc.
