Dear Gurus,

I have followed note 937697 for SAP NetWeaver BI Diagnostics & Support Desk Tool and uploaded the com.sap.ip.bi.supportdesk.par in this link http|https> ://<j2ee_server>:<j2ee_port>/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.portal.runtime.system.console.default

then when i check this SAP NetWeaver BI Diagnostics & Support Desk Tool in deploy and change its invisible can anyone let me know the how to resolve this

I have given full permission to administrator am logged on

Hi,

It must be temoprary issue due to logs/file fully utlilized.

Can you check all the File systems space/Drives status.

Restart of the system would work out.

No issue with the file system and filesystem is having space
