CCMS Monitoring - Auto Reaction Method failing

Dears,

In our solman 7.01 system,We are configuring CCMS for the system itself means same system.

For it I have created one method with below details:

Type of call

Function Module

Execute Method

Peridically in dialog process

Parameter

Parameter Name Parameter value

SENDER SOLMAN

RECIPIENT Email

RECIPIENT-TYPEID U

Release

Execute Method - Auto reaction

Assigned this Method to CPU_Utilization

Scheduled jobs :

SAP_CCMS_CENSYS_EVENT_REPEATER

SAP_CCMS_MONI_BATCH_DP

SAP_CCMS_CENSYS_DISPATCHER

Now when Parameter is crossing the threshold we are getting in status- It is showing

Action_Failed

Also showing error in AutoReaction details:

[Running in Autoabap] CHECKED Fatal Error ( 06.08.2010 , 05:57:53 )

So as I am getting SAP is not able to execute this auto reaction method.

Please suggest what I am missing or putting wrong in configuartion.

Hello,

Please check whether the Auto-reaction method is released or not.

Then change to Views-- status autoreaction in RZ20 and check the definition status of the method.

In case of FATAL errors in methods you can try resetting the segment to warmup status, check below link for details.
