CO-PA assessment (KEU..): Select value 'blank' for a characteristic

Hi forum,

does anybody know of a way to select the characteristic value 'blank' for the recipient in a cost center --> CO-PA assessment cycle.

Unfortunately, using '#' does not work in this case.

I guess '' doesn't work either...or maybe...

Hi Matej,

no, '' gives the same result as '#', namely a message: "value '' doesn't exist for characteristic XY" after the cycle has been executed.

Or may be dont enter any thing in this char... just enter the other chars in a way that it selects all the posted prof segments

Hi Ajay,

there's a missunderstanding here: I don't want to select all segments, including the ones that have a blank for that characteristic.

I need to select as recipient segments those that have e.g. the value A, B or 'blank' for the characteristic in question, while excluding those segments with value C or D in the characteristic.
