You can calculate overtime using To02
TO02 Calculating Overtime Time Pairs After x Hours
According to your business rules, if you work 8 hours and above it, is overtime this can be done

To01 is a PCR rule used to initialise utility time type 0900 (A time type is a grouping of times according to various aspects such as payment regulations, internal company requirements and control tasks). The time type is evaluated in PCR To02.
