Dear Friends,

I would like to know the way to connect One SAP Customer checkout Manager(In central office) to other other sap customer checkout managers( at Stores).

I have seen some of the features within SAP CCO Manager named to "Destination" and "Dispatcher," could any one give light on these features?

Thanks and regards

Arun Singh

Hello Arun,

You can find further information regarding Destinations and Dispatcher in the SAP Customer Checkout Manager Guide

Destinations - On the Destinations tile, you can enter connection data from other SAP Customer Checkout managers and third-party systems.

Dispatcher

If these documentations helped you, please set my answer as "Right answer".
Thank you.

Hello Julian,

Thanks for your support , Yes this is working on one site (Consolidation of receipts from 7 SAP CCO Managers).

Hi Arun,

you can use the destination and dispatcher to post receipts to any 3rd party system (or other ccoms).

So define a destination e.g. like this:

And a Dispatcher:

Now everytime any CCO which is connected to this CCOm sends a POST Request to your destination with the whole receipt as body. E.g. like this:

In CCOm you can also see the current dispatch status for your receipts:

You can also have a look at the documentation in your cco\docs folder.

So please add your destination ccom as destination and the path for Receipts (in your dispatcher) should be /ReceiptController?action=postReceipt. I never tested it, but it should work.
