Is there any way to filter the email addresses sent to groupware for appointments? I need to ensure that external customers do not accidently get sent an email.
For example: I only want email addresses to *@thisdomaincom to go through. If I create an appointment and I have the following addresses: one@thisdomaincom, two@thisdomaincom and, one@someotherdomaincom then I want the last one to be filtered out.

I was looking to use the filter settings in the IMG under CRM Middleware and Related Compinents -> Groupware Integration -> Application Specific Activities -> Filter conditions for business partners exchange with groupware to filter out any contact partners but this seems to be done already.
