VA01 credit memo (how to import a excel table in the credit note footer text field)

I am using VA01 to credit memo, and I would like to input a Excel Table to the credit note footer text field ..

but I find that the data after copy and paste , can not appear in table format..

how can I copy and paste a excel table(with table format) into footer ?

Please help

I want the excel table format printed in the credit memo footer . it is not always a same table .

It would help if you explain why you want to add a table. Than we can discuss how this can be done with pro and cons and than we can talk about, what needs to be done.

what do you want to do with the list, once it is in the footer text?

Do you want it to be printed on the order confirmation or is it just an additional document linked to the order?

Is it a variable table, or always the same table?

If you want it to be printed:

  • If it is always the same, you should include your table in the PDF print form definition.
  • If it is a variable list, attach it to the sales document as G Lakshmipathi mentioned and adapt your print programm to include the table in your print form.

You can attach any document in VA02. Search Google with the text "Service for Object", so that you can take inputs from there.
