You can modify wage type rates specific to an employee via IT0015/IT0014 t-code PA30.

No, i dont want to change the rate specific to a single employee but change the rate of the whole customer wagetype.

For Basic Pay WTs related to "Salary Grids", check the IMG (t-code = spro) under

Personnel Management > Personnel Administration > Payroll Data > Basic Pay > Revise Pay Scale Groups and Levels

For IT0014 or IT0015 WTs, check in your schema and rules (use program RPDASC00) if the WT you want is related to constants from V_T511K.

... and there are probably other tables that could be used, depending on your configuration. You have to provide some information if you want help.
