CR2008: No HKLM registry entries on Windows 7?

Hello. I'm running CR 2008 12.2.5.337 on Windows 7 64-bit. I noticed I have no HKLMkey for Business Objects - it's all under HKEY Current User. I want to create a reg entry that applies to all users, but when I create it in HKEY Local Machine, it's not recognized. How do I get CR 2008 to use HKLM?

BTW, the reg entry is this - it deals with the dropdown list record limit for a dynamic parameter:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Business Objects\Suite 12.0\Crystal Reports\DatabaseOptions\LoV]

"MaxRowsetRecords"="2500"

Thanks

David

No help from me I'm afraid.

I posted what boils down to the same Q two days ago and so far have no responses. Just so you know what to expect.

Hi Guys,

Look a little deeper. 64 Bit OS's handle 32 bit applications differently. Have a look in this tree:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Business Objects

Thank you
