Hello experts,

I have configured PSS for my client and they are happy with the solution, however they want to run a report that will show them all the users that have used PSS in a particular period of time, like in the last 3 months

Does any of you know how to go about finding the records for the PSS?

Using PSS, when a password is reset for a user the reset will be performed by the RFC User ID used to connect to the target system.

You can use the SUIM - Change documents for Users report with selection criteria Changed By as "RFC User ID" and User attributes selection criteria as "Password".

This will give you details on which users password got reset using PSS which means those are the users who have used PSS
