Portal url launching from Excel sheet then sso is not working

Hi,

We have configured SSO using SAML2.0 in SAP Portal 7.4.Functionality is working fine when portal url is launching from IE/Chrome/Firefox browsers. But our users stores SAP Portal url in Excel sheet .They click sap portal url in excel sheet then SSO functionality is not working

Hi Mohammed.

1. Enable the Http trace check the where the URL getting blocked refer the SAP note 1431064 for Http trace

2. Refer the SAP note 2611606 with following error message "Service Provider endpoint ACS could not redirect to original application URL because it could not convert RelayState received to original application URL."

Thanks for your quick reply ,

1) I have verified http trace but trace is not generated any thing

2) Also verified SAP KBA#2611606, this note is related to SSO(windows authentication) configuration in SAP portal .

In my case configuration is working fine when i use url in browser.but our users url stored in excel and they are clicking url from excel then this issue crops up. If the end point url is wrong then it should not work from browser
