Hello folks,
Can anyone explain me what this new enhancement that came with 1902 actually entails?
I understand that if I have used images in a RTF field like ticket description or a custom field of type RTF, I can then use the field in the email workflow placeholder and email template.
For example, If I generate tickets via email, how can I make sure that the images I include are then RTF once they reach the system (in ticket description)??

Dear Ivan,
The inline image would need to be added manually in the RTF field. This field can then be used in the workflow rule.
