S/4HANA and built-in MDG sizing

Hello, experts!

In questionnaire for S/4HANA sizing we can't find separate section for MDG indicators (we will have built-in MDG). So my question is: does MDG need to be calculated separatly? We need to calculate it and just add RAM, disk and CPU parameters to main sizing?
