Issue Regarding Time Management Shift Planning

Hi

I want to suddenly create 2 new shifts using shift planning. we currently have 4 shifts.

I will be assigning employees from these 4 shifts to these 2 new shift.

I want to know

1. ) whether i can allocate the employees whose work schedules do not coincide to these new shift..

2.) How will time evaluation happen as i do not wnat to give over time niether i want to deduct from employee salary.

Hi,

when u create new shifts, u assing it in IT7 rite?

it should have only one data at any given period.
