Data management package status not displayed

Hi experts,

We are facing a peculiar issue regarding the package status displayed for a particular user.

Whenever a particular user (having admin rights) runs a data management package on his client machine, the status of the same is not displayed in the package status page which appears on clicking the "view status" button.

I tried running a package using the same ID on the production server and the item is visible on the package status page.

The problem is only with one particular user. Other users with similar rights are able to see their package status.

Kindly advice on a solution to this problem.

Hi Rajit,

Please let me know if my below understandings are right:

1. User 1 in Machine 1 doesnt work

2. User 1 in Machine 2 works

3. User 2 in Machine 1 works

Hi Nilanjan,

This is the status:

User 1 in machine 1 -> No Package status

User 1 in machine 2 ->Package Status visible

User 2 in machine 1-> No Package status

Guess it is some issue with the client machine. Any suggestions as to how to deal with this issue?

Hi Rajit,

The best approach would be to re-install the BPC client in that system.

However, before that, I would request you to re-register the appropriate version of XCEEDZIP.DLL in the client system. If this doesnt help, then you can go for the first suggestion.
