Standard Workflow Template for Leave Request

Hello,

Presently, my client is using the standard workflow template WS20000081 for creating and approving the leave request. The drawback of this template is, when a leave is approved/rejected by the approver, he/she has to click on the back button to trigger the workflow action.

So, to overcome this issue, my client wants to use the new workflow template WS12300111. I would like to know, ALL the series of steps I need to perform to replace the workflow template from WS20000081 to WS12300111.

Immediate help would be highly appreciable.
