How to make subscript format in long text like H2O or any other chemical formula.

Hi Shiva,

Thanks for reply.I want subscript in T-code :QS21 (create MIC) or QS23( Change MIC) in the discription field.

Kindly let me any other details require.

Hi,

First you need to confirm where you are displaying that description.

E.G. if you taking it on Quality certificate you need to assign that form in the long text through(Menu>>Format>>Change form)

here you select the form of certificate in that form if subscript of super script are not active please make active with the help of abaper)

once you assign the required form you can maintain the sub script in the long text.

Hi,

In MIC itself some additional fields are available, for maintaining extra text u can use these "Info fields"

Info field 1, 2, 3

Field name Dummy10, 20 and 30 in Table QPMK and also Possible to change these field names as as per u r requirement

Follow following path on your windows - start all programaccessories -- system tool -- character map.Here select the font as "lucida sans unicode". And here you will get symbol subscript 0 to 9.Select it, copy it and paste it in SAP wherever required.
