IC-how to bind the phone number with the agent?

Hi,

I have successfully configured the Contact Center Simulator .

When I test call from CCSUI,the IC WebClient can response the phone number,but show a message with 'No find account information'. How can you bind the phone number with the agent in order that system can identify the account automaticlly.

Does any body has experenced this or did I missed out any step?
