IC-how to bind the phone number with the agent?

Hi,

I have successfully configured the Contact Center Simulator .

When I test call from CCSUI,the IC WebClient can response the phone number, but show a message with 'No find account information'. How can you bind the phone number with the agent in order that system can identify the account automaticlly.

Does any body has experenced this or did I missed out any step?

Thanks.

    Hi,

Make sure to enter a + sign before the number. So if the phone number of the account is 8494000 you would enter +8494000 in the simulator. Also, I am not sure how well the simulator handles hyphens and things like that, so for testing purposes it might be wise to enter a simple number (like 500) as the customer phone number rather than something more realistic but complex like +353 91 40-4460.

    Best regards,

    John

    Hi

Search For the existing account, if it has the phone number then use the same phone number in CCS or add the phone number to account. Make sure that you give +(country code for Example +49 for Germany)then the phone number in CCS. Then system identifies the existing account automatically.
