Dear all
Our client has implemented PSM-FM and deactivated the integration with SD.
But still we are facing error while doing PGI.
Error Msg: No funds center entered/derived in item 00001 (MVPL/160001/2017019213)
In sales order FMaccount assignment has both fund center and commitment item.
Since there is no integration with SD our client want to stop fund center derivation for SD.
Please kindly provide your suggestion.
Note: Filed status of fund center for SD is set to optional
Hi,
When you deactivate/activate SD module with FM, this applies to Sales Orders. Financial documents created following a sales order, would still require FM assignment. So, even if in OFUP you deactivated this integration, this won't apply to sequential FI documents. If you choose to keep it activated, you should secure the field status '04' available for integration in FM (Maintain Field Status for Assigning FM Account Assignments).
The trace screenshot you posted implies that there was a fund centre derivation. Could you check further in the trace to see if at certain moment, fund centre is erased?
Regards,
Eli
P.S. What is your SAP release?

"No integration with SD" - SD is a source of revenue for general ledger, Funds Management
I recommend creating fund center derivation with SD so it goes to a "revenue" funds center

Dear Tammy,
We have created a derivation rule for SD to derive fund center and it is working we have fund center in sales order but while doing PGI we are getting the error No funds center entered/derived in item 00001 (MVPL/160001/2017019213). The below is the account assignment scenario in SD
Trace results for PGI
The derived fund center is not flowing to subsequent documents
Please share suggestions to solve the same.
