Dear All,

Government made Budget Changes for FY 2019-2020. When can we get tentative information in SAP System for Indian Payroll.

Tax exemptions and TDS and Income Tax and Standard Deductions and etc...!

when can we get detailed Note in SAP system.

Hii Aman,

I got SAP SNOTE 2760433 for New Budget Changes FY 2019-2020. But in this SNOTE as per new Union budget Proposal changes below points are not covered in SAP.

1) TDS threshold for home rent increased from Rs 1.8 lakhs to 2.4 lakhs.

2) Gratuity limit increased for workers from Rs 10 Lakhs to Rs 30 lakhs.

those above points are not covered in SNOTE.

Please check the KBA 2602781. The planned release date for these changes is 31.3.2019, but this is not a concrete date and may be subject to change.
