Hi!
I need structure some fleet object in my company, but i need idea to structure.
I need to structure equipment fleet in my company, but am in doubt how best to structure it. If you use equipment (specific to the fleet screen) or function location.
How to handle the tire? And as the tire is structured according to the axels (right or left) of the vehicle?
Thank you very much!
Thanks!

Try this whether it work,
Hi,
Try to create Fleet (Ex Truck , Excavator....) as Equipment. It is easy to use IFCU T-code for fuel posting for a
Equipment .If you create Function location then you have to enhance IFCU T-code.
For tire important information required are Position of tire ( With respect to axle 1Ri , 1Li , 2Ri ,2Ro) , Thread wear information , total distance a tire has traveled , Total service cost ................ .For this better to create each tire as a Equipment.Use measuring points to represent position of tire , Thread wear information (Counter reading) ...........Install these tire as sub equipments to fleet.
If no of tires is more it will load database.
Better to give Fleet equipment & tire as seperate category as it will be useful to search & response will be good.
Other way is for mapping tire process create Z development.

Hi ,
You can do the structure setting in Config under SPRO >PM>Technical Objects -->Settings for Fleet Management .. plz check up here under view profile .. you can get it ..
regrding tyres you can create each tyre as eqpt and activate serial nos , create a material as tyre and assign that in eqpt master record .. this way you can issue tyre to Fleet and it can be installed as sub eqpt in Fleet and on ageing you can remove and bring back to store and finally scrap it ..
regards
pushpa
