Crystal Reports cross-platform support...

I am currently developing stand-alone reports with CRW32 (Developer) 8.5.0.217 on Windows using VS2017, however, I would like to develop .NET applications for Linux as well. Obviously I want to use the same reports but I need some options/tools so that I can target both OS(s); I would also like to target .NET Core.

Do these tools exist for CR, if NOT then is there a roadmap as to when they can be expected, if at all?

Can anybody provide some solutions or tips I can use?

CR 8.5 is very old, 15+ years

Get the latest version from here:

https://www.sap.com/products/crystal-reports.html

CR for Eclipse update it here:

https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/BOBJ/SAP+Crystal+Reports+version+for+Eclipse+-+Downloads

ONCE AGAIN .NET CORE is not required in a Java app and we don't support CORE.

CR for VS .NET from here:
