please elaborate in more detail what you did, otherwise we can not help you.
A bit of guessing from my end: this looks as if you're using the remote desktop and the S/4 system is not running (yet) ?
Potential root cause: the startup time of the remote desktop is significantly faster than the one for S/4 i.e. if you wait a few minutes that error might be gone.
