    • As for addition of new items from PO:

      SAP online help:

      http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp60_sp/helpdata/en/c7/4a11dd75a611d3b4b9006094b9b9dd/frameset.htm

In addition to changing header and item data, you can also make structural changes to inbound deliveries. For example, you can delete individual items from the inbound delivery or add new items that exist in the purchase order to it.

      OSS note 575770

      Symptom

The online documentation on topic "Changing Inbound Deliveries" mentions that it is possible to add new items that are part of a purchase order to an already existing delivery. However, no corresponding Function Menu can be found within transactions VL32N or VL32.

      ...

      Reason and Prerequisites

This functionality has not been implemented up to now.

      Solution

This is an error in the online documentation : please disregard this mention. The corresponding feature is so far, only available for outbound deliveries.
