Warm transfer in CRM CTI

Hi everyone,

we are using CRM 7 with Avaya CTI. In warm transfer functionality we are able to transfer customer information from Agent1 to Agent2, and the original interaction record(IR) is transfered to Agent2.

The issue is:

When IR is transfered to Agent2 shouldn´t be reset from Agent1?

Only whens Agent1 clicks on End button to end interaction the IR is cleaned.

Is it possible to delete IR in Agent1 after call is transfered to Agent2?
