      Hi Shiv,

Is your single sign on from a Portal / Java stack of the system?

if you are executing iview which will open the backend GUI of the system , you should be able to see the user menu.

First of all explain about the SSO and the way its connected or configured.

Are you trying to say you have not applied the license key?

    can you explain clearly.

Are you aware that there are two buttons (icons) at the top of the SAP screen and both are for menus.

The first button with the little man is for the "user" menu.

The second button is for the SAP menu.

Click the SAP menu using both ids and see if that was the problem.

Yes, that is possible what you are implying...

If the "SSO" technology used does not support the SESSION_MANAGER then it might be that the local user menu is not displayed.

Likewise, the start menu defined in Su01 for the local user might be pointing somewhere else and the "SSO" used is ignoring this.

Lets hope that the OP gets back to us to confirm whether the user is infact the same one and infact in the same system.

      Cheers,

      Julius
