Language display not changing

Hi All,

I have displayed a transaction in a transaction iview. The transaction is SU3, in that when I go to default tab and change the login language and save it gets saved but I am not able to see the contents of the sap screen in that language. This is the case for both webgui and wingui. Please provide some inputs.
