Hi Rajeev,
Value exception only come when new value in source file which are not map to destination side
as you said file its going to exception ---> value folder
which means in your source file contain new value which are not exist at destination side and this value will not map to destination side for e.g your XML file has new value and this value are not exist to your lookup table i would suggest to add this value to your lookup (subtable) then open your import manager and map this value field data and choose SAVE UPDATE option this option allow to append your mapping where as SAVE option will overwrite your mapping
also in your import manager configuration joption what setting you kept
Under Default MDIS Handling
Auto Unmapped Value : Yes/No
Unmapped Value Handling : Ignore/Add/Fail
Above Option Details as folow
Add : will add new value at lookup subtable and update record at main table
Map : will update records at main table
Fail : entire record will get fail and doesnot import lookup subtable and maintable
Ignore : only value will ingore at lookup subtable and maintable for respective field, other field data of file will import
Hope this will resolved your problem if not revertback
