Belize Theme was not fully implimented in 7.50.
Please test with 7.60 which works fine displaying the system -> Status

this issue is not related to SAP GUI. Changes have been implemented within the backend to hide certain functions from end users.

I don't have the same issue. More than likely this is either a kernel or basis issue.
Suggest you update to the latest disp+work patch for your current kernel - see note 19466 for this operation.
